1. Use of the Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate voluntary donations. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site in any harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful way.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or tools without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate MakersBox Foundation or any of its representatives.

2. Donations

All donations are voluntary contributions processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. By completing a donation, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have obtained valid parental or guardian consent.
• The payment method belongs to you, or you are authorised to use it.
• The personal information provided (name, email, phone) is accurate.
• You understand that our 80G registration renewal is in progress and no 80G certificate can be issued at this time.
• You have read and agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Razorpay Payment Integration

Our website uses the Razorpay payment gateway to securely process all donations. When you initiate a payment, your name, email, and phone number are prefilled in Razorpay's checkout form. All payment credentials (card numbers, UPI IDs, net banking credentials) are handled entirely by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers. By donating, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and curriculum materials — is the property of MakersBox Foundation or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to external websites (including partner organisations and Razorpay). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party site. Visiting such links is entirely at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
